What does a project manager do?

A project manager oversees the planning and execution of a project. They manage the project’s resources and oversee the teams and workers involved. A major part of this includes communication between the various teams, workers and clients throughout the entirety of the project.

This could entail anything from informing one team when another team finishes a component of a project to speaking with stakeholders about the current status of the project.
